Sustainability
Comprehensive solutions for the industry
Core Axes of Our Strategy
Four direct-action commitments in our daily operations across field activities and corporate facilities.
1. RESPONSIBLE OPERATIONS
Our first commitment is to develop safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible operations. We work under an Integrated Management System aligned with international standards for quality, environment, safety, and occupational health, incorporating risk prevention, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement as core elements of our operations.
"Prevent incidents, minimize environmental impacts, and use resources ever more efficiently."
2. PEOPLE AND COMMUNITIES
We believe industry development must create opportunities and capabilities in the territories where we operate. We promote a culture based on safety, respect, professional development, diversity of capabilities, and the creation of local employment and knowledge. In the Orinoco Oil Belt, our aspiration is to grow together with our environment, progressively contributing to the development of local talent, suppliers, and capabilities.
"Protect our people, develop local talent, and contribute positively to the communities where we operate."
3. EFFICIENCY AND INNOVATION
For NARVI, sustainability also means making every operation more efficient. We apply technology, real-time monitoring, data analytics, and artificial intelligence to improve service performance, anticipate deviations, increase equipment reliability, and reduce non-productive time.
"Use innovation and technology to deliver better results while using resources more intelligently."
4. INTEGRITY AND GOVERNANCE
Sustainability starts with the way we do business. We act under principles of ethics, transparency, compliance, responsibility, and respect for our clients, workers, suppliers, and partners, embedding these principles in our decisions and commercial relationships.
"Grow with integrity, transparency, and responsibility, building long-term relationships based on trust."
Strategy Evolution
During the initial stage of operations, NARVI will progressively build a performance baseline that allows measurable indicators and targets to be established in key areas such as safety, environmental performance, operational efficiency, talent development, local value creation, and compliance.
Local Value Creation (Cross-Cutting Concept)
It will be a cross-cutting concept of the strategy, progressively promoting local employment, technical training, participation of national suppliers, and knowledge transfer in every project.
tune Indicators and Measurable Targets
Continuous monitoring in our sustainability performance matrix:
"Contribute to a safer, more efficient, responsible, and technologically advanced energy industry, generating sustainable value for Venezuela."
